What you will do

  • Market insights – gather insights into the job market to understand where to find talent and how to attract them. This includes knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and salary benchmarks.
  • Outreach and Engagement – contact potential candidates to gauge interest in open positions, crafting compelling messages to engage passive candidates and encourage them to consider opportunities with Worldwide.
  • Building Talent Pools – By maintaining a network of potential candidates, help the company quickly fill future vacancies, keeping track of past applicants and passive candidates who could be a good fit for upcoming roles.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and ensure that sourcing strategies are aligned with the company’s needs.

What you will bring to the role

  • Knowledge and proven experience of recruiting in the CRO (Clinical Research) industry
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Good ‘selling’ qualities (ability to represent WCT as a first-class potential employer and to enhance the public image of WCT as an employer)

Your background

  • Relevant recruiting experience in the CRO industry
  • Language skills beyond English: whilst not essential, is a distinct advantage
