The Opportunity:
Blueberry is on a mission to make high quality pediatric care available to everyone. In this role, you will join a wonderful community of physicians who are fueled by that mission. Who You Are:
- You are responsible and self-motivated. We do not micromanage.

- You are a collaborative partner to our other doctors and our customer support team, with whom you will work to ensure holistic patient care
Schedule & Shift Expectations:
- You will work 40 hours per week
- Shifts are typically 3 hour blocks of time
- 15-20% will be weekend hours
- You are expected to work all shift times evenly (except overnights)***
- Must be able to offer 2.5x committed work time with open availability
- Half of assigned shifts will be between the hours of 4p and 1a
- Up to 30 nights/year (anticipated to be less than this)
- 1 night counted as a 3 hour shift between the hours of 1a-7a
- You are eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities
